The injection angle of the fuel means the distribution of the fuel inside the combustion chamber that define its combustion characteristics. The injection angle differ from engine to another, but which angle gives the optimum performance in diesel or gasoline engine.
In diesel engines the injection angle also depends on the kind of fuel used to power the engine. For eg. some kinds of biodiesel has shorter ignition times, so even during the same operating conditions, the injection angle can be different compared to diesel fuel.
It depends on the size of the cinder... angle depends on many aspects. It should be obtained through experiments.
There are many parameters influencing the optimal injection angle. You might be able to find the best angle for a particular engine for certain conditions including the pressure, load, speed, swirl, type of fuel, shape of combustion chamber, method of injection, etc. but I don't think you can use a fixed angle to all engines.
