If your are working with Windows, you coud have a look at Tranus (http://www.tranus.com/tranus-english). It is now free (Creative commons licensed).

AequilibaE, a plugin for QGIS, could also be an option, while less powerful than Tranus (http://www.aequilibrae.com). It should work on MacOS, Linux and Windows, as it is written in Python, QGIS being available on these platforms...
