Free software of statistical analysis are required for the multicomponent analysis

We used SYSTAT for our statistical analysis in some articles. This software is good but not free.
I'm a statistican in www.nauka.metodolog.pl and we use R for more complicated analysis. But I think that for the multicomponent analysis you need something more sophisticated e.g. https://aai.solutions/concepts/multi-component-analysis
For a researcher, is it better to publish more article or to collect more citations???
