Any recommendation on which DNA extraction kit/protocol works the best for preparing DNA samples for PacBio HiFi Sequencing? We are planning to prepare some samples from different animal tissues for whole genome sequencing. we expect high molecular weight of minimum 30 K with a high yield per mg of tissue.

The Circulomics Nanobind Tissue Big DNA Kit performs well for HiFi sequencing applications. Circulomics is owned by PacBio now so they should be able to provide you with project-specific customer support if you reach out to them.
Hi John, thank you very much for your suggestion. Nanobind Tissue Big DNA Kit is a better alternative for animal tissues. However, at the minute we are testing the QIAGEN MagAttract HMW DNA kit. if this fails, we'll definitely go for Nanobind.
