Investigating the impacts of globalization on the cultural dimensions of organizations would be of interest, especially in light of increased virtual teaming.
Being a researcher, this is not a good way to look for the topic! You need to dig into literature and also consider your limitations to choose a topic!
Shupikai Gwanzura I believe you are at a juncture in your research journey where every topic appeals and are looking for some handholding and clarity. Good that you have a topic in your mind but this is a wide topic, and suggesting a gap and some objectives will not be possible for anyone else except you. The topic needs a thorough study of the existing literature methodologically and you will be surprised to see the gaps will flow out of it automatically. All the best.
