I am a yeast (S. cerevisiae) researcher and we commonly use a wonderful database, www.yeastgenome.org, which, among other things, has data on the phenotypes caused by most of the yeast genes. Since there are E. coli deletion libraries, I am assuming a lot of test were done on them. Can anybody point me to a database where I can find such info? More specifically I am interested in finding genes that confer sensitivity to various antibiotics.
