Surgical exci sion  with primary closure is the best.  If you mean nonsurgical, control of underlying medical disease ,e.g., hypothyroidism can be tried . Lasers have been successfully used for the same. 

Dear Ahmed. There is a lot of recent evidence on this, we have just reviewd the subject and although there were considerations about high rate of recurrence, we now know it is safe if you resect the complete lesion as you would with nevi.
