If your sample is in liquid state you can try ICP-MS, MPAEs, AAS to find concentration of metals in a solution. Units of measurement varies depending on the instrument.

If solid then the solid sample need to be digested in aqua regia and then analyzed by above methods. XRF, SEM-EDX can estimate the metal percent on the solid sample surface.
