I have isolated many species of fungi from bird feathers. Please which is the best ATLAS for identification according to colony and microscopic morphology?
To clarify your question: when you say "isolated", do you mean that you now have cultures of these fungi? And that you seek to identify these cultures to species level?
A lot of fungus on bird feathers might be molds, plant or soil borne fungus, so you can start with Watanabe's Pictorial Atlas of Soil and Seed Fungi. But if it's from the part near the skin (the quill - calamus - shaft - rachis) you should seek for Keratinophilic fungi, fungal folliculitis or dermatitis (ex. Cryptococcus fungi, yeast Malassezia); and I don't think there is an Atlas of these fungus.

You say have many isolated species,,which I recommend:
Microcultures perform in order to identify reproductive structures, and make good descriptive photographs of the details, so you can improve search in the atlas and suggested books
de Hoog GS, Guarrro J, Gené G, Figueras MJ. Atlas of Clinical Fungi. 2. ed. Utrecht, Centraalbureau voor Schimmelcultures, 2000. This book is excellent in identifying yeasts and fungi filaments.
You can find an online copy of a book named (DESCRIPTIONS OF MEDICAL FUNGI) in this link : http://www.mycology.adelaide.edu.au/downloads/Mycology-BookWEB.pdf
There are no atlas or guide books. There are many publications on keratinophilic fungi which you can search. See Carmichael, J.W. (1962). Chrysosporium and some other aleurosporic hyphomycetes. Canadian J Botany 40, 1137-1173 which will help you.
Essere d'accordo. I funghi comprendono un ampio gruppo di specie, difficilmente potrebbero essere compilati in un unico libro. è necessario cercare per gruppi tassonomici.
