I agree with Dr. Dr.Ekta Sharma but also cooperation on projects and research, comments on articles, suggestions, opinions - all contributes to good communication.
I feel interact more with researchers especially related with your kind of work

Networking is a relatively new method of collaboration, which is propelled now by the information highway. However, most people are used to hierarchies and working by their mechanism, i.e. finishing a common work is usually the assembled product of an efficient group hierarchy. In networking, we have to learn focusing 'on the other side' and the respective research interest; in this case, a common work by 2 or more persons of interest needs communication tools, which are open to the change of directions for further progress.
