I would propose to use Abcam antibodies, e.g. Recombinant Anti-Growth Hormone antibody [EPR9524-21] (Cat# ab155975) for WB or Anti-Human Growth Hormone antibody (Cat# ab74324) for IHC. Both tests would be suitable.

More adequately, I would propose to use ELISA for detection of small proteins (Human Growth Hormone ELISA Kit (Cat # ab190811); Abcam) .
