I am trying to lyophilize and store my RNA isolated samples in a specific tubes, offered by GenTegra Company from USA, named RNA-Stabilization Tube, and for this purpose I need a vacuum instrument such as "GVGT2001 FastDryer", but unfortunately It is not available in our facilities right now; so, what could be an alternative for this purpose?

I want to store them for more than a year and also I will ship them to another country (for transportation purposes too)..
but, I want them in those specific tubes (Gentegra RNA Stabilizer Tubes)...
As per my knowledge you can store RNA samples in RNA stabilizer tubes for a year at -80.
For transportation, if it maintains in dry ice then no prob these are some courier agency they will carry these tubes in dry ice till the destination.

You are right, we can store it for about 3 years in RNA stabilizer tubes, even in room temperature, but for this purpose we need to lyophilize the sample first using special instruments and those instruments are not available..... so my question was: what is the alternatives to lyophilize my samples without using those instruments??
Then try to remove the water by dry heat at 60c. Hope it may work because the RNA is in ran stabilizer tube. Try and let me know if it works
