Having a child recently, I wonder if immunity/antibodies to the next seasonal flu vaccine I get will also transfer immunity to my baby through breastmilk? Several articles suggest that probiotic supplements taken during lactation have been found to increase gut microflora in the baby (and is commonly recommended for curbing yeast infections) but I have not found much with regard to the flu vaccine.

This hasn't really been studied to the level of being able to provide any meaningful recommendations. However, seasonal flu vaccination is recommended to infants of older than 6 months of age. I doubt any significant protection by vaccinating the mother and transmitting immunity through breast milk.
