I have calculated with following procedure as per the some research articles of Dobermann and Fageria

Phosporus (P) uptake in control plot= 17.17 kg/ha

P uptake in treated plot= 34.09

P fertilizer applied= 60kg P2O5= 25.8 kg P

Then Apparent recovery= (34.09-17.17)/25.8=0.65 kg increase in P uptake per kg P applied. and recovery efficiency will be 65.0%.

Same way,

Potassium (K) uptake in control plot= 59.62 kg/ha

K uptake in treated plot= 113.96

K fertilizer applied= 40kg K2O= 33.2 kg K

Then Apparent recovery= (113.96-59.62)/33.2=1.64 kg increase in K uptake per kg K applied. and recovery efficiency will be 164.0%.

Is it right procedure. this P and K recovery is not so high???
