One can say that f(x) = -f(-x) for all x in (-c, c). Is that what you are asking? That's about all I can think of. If this doesn't answer your question, maybe you can clarify...

for the function f(x), we can say that x is independent variable and y = f(x) is dependent variable on x. In general presentation of any function, independent variable x is represented at X-axis, and f(x) is represented at Y-axis at X-Y plot.

Estoy de acuerdo con algunos de Uds. ...si nosotros tenemos una función impar, pes ella es simétrica con respecto al origen. Así por ejemplo la función: f(x) = Sen(x), x en (-Pi/2, Pi/2) es una función impar y es simétrica con respecto al origen de coordenadas.
