100 WGS ST131 E.coli samples were run for pairwise SNP by the snippy tool; based on the pairwise matrix, SNP varies from 2 to 10000. The literature depicts different SNP numbers to call E.coli clone or genetically identical, from the above matrix values how can I mark the minimum SNP threshold value.
