I guess the bacterial species from which you isolated the material is of secondary relevance. I guess all LPS types are similar in respect to their solubility properties. You may want to take a look at

Pawan Aggarwals paper in MRC in 1998

..they used deuterated methanol....which I think is a good candidate for this type of material...

Here the authors write:

For NMR analysis, a 1 mg sample of Kdo2-Lipid A was dissolved in 0.3 ml CDCl3-CD3OD-D2O (2:3:1; v/v/v)

I wish to add that the common NMR tube usually requires 0.6 mL to reach the required mark so you may wish to double the sample unless you are using smaller NMR tubes. Additionally, if you are interested in the carbon peaks, you may wish to increase your sample concentration. For me, I usually get decent carbon peaks with about 5 mg of pure sample in 0.6mL of the NMR solvent. If you have small sample, you can easily evaporate the CDCl3 and recover your sample after the NMR.
