If you're new with this topic, I recommend you to check for the different reconfiguration techniques as well as the components (biasing network) used to achieve reconfigurability. To do this, you may check the references above.
In regards to CST, you can check the polarization reconfiguration by means of axial ratio (for circular polarization case) or by the surface current distribution.
