What is needed for this algorithm to be a matlab code?

i need to know the output of step 1 (Bf) will be in which form? i mean vector, array, matrix or whatever format so i can enter it directly to code without converting lines from 1 to 8 to a code?

is this possible or iam mistaken.

This is only narrative algorithm (step by step procedure). Its coding in MATLAB may be in different way and may be based on the mathematical theory, for which you can follow the original source paper.
