Hello,

I am currently trying to perform intracytoplasmic labeling of human IL17A on human PBMCs. To do this, stimulate my cells with PMA/iono for 4h in the presence of BFA. Then, I used the Perm/Fix FoxP3 eBioscience Kit that we already had in the lab and an anti-IL17A APC Vio770 antibody from Miltenyi.

However, during my last test, all my cells are labeled IL17A+.

I am looking for answers to this surprising result.
