It's correct. In your example, 22 is the result of exp(beta). The exponential function ranges from zero to plus infinity.

However, we should take special notice on interpreting OR as a risk estimation. It is always overestimated compared to the real risk. Therefore, huge numbers of OR does not reflect the huge risk. Hope it helps
