According to what I know, a solar hybrid water treatment system is a power system with the following components: an extremely efficient diesel power generation; a solar array system to provide raw power; and a water treatment plant. The kind of system is ideal for disaster relief, emergency response, and infrastructure backup. With an on-board fuel storage system and integrated solar harvesting capabilities, the system provides autonomous power before needing any refueling.
@Ian Sosa Tinoco: Ya I have seen some articles on solar thermal and solar photovoltaic setup, but I wonder what the word "Hybrid" basically stands for, as wether it means dual purpose output? such PWAP system? or it means utilization of dual sunjects to fulfill a purpose such as usage of Solar energy plus solar battery etc.?

Dear Najmul, hybrid concepts are especially important in rural and deep rural applications where the sun and the wind for example may compliment each other in terms of energy-time. If the sun does not shine due to clouds or rain, the wind usually blows, in combination delivering a better chance of sustainable energy delivery. If the sun is down and there is no wind, then use bio fuel or biogas (third component to hybrid - switchable) to provide a thermal heat source, instead of solar heat for example. This is required is social upliftment, rural economic development and hybrid renewable energy powerplants.
