When I merge the nodes in my model and then apply load, this warning comes
"Incomplete transfer of surface loads from area 38 to elements. Please
send the data leading to this operation to your technical support
provider, as this will allow ANSYS, Inc to improve the program."
But after this the simulation works and the solution converges also.
What does this mean and what do I need to modify for this? does it mean that the solution is not right since the load is not transfered?

I think to transfer the surface loads to FEM is:-
Main Menu> Solution> Define Loads> Operate> Transfer to FE> Surface Loads
To transfer surface loads that have been applied to the solid model to the corresponding finite element
model, use one of the following:
Command(s):SFTRAN
GUI: Main Menu> Preprocessor> Loads> Define Loads> Operate> Transfer to FE> Surface Loads
Main Menu> Solution> Define Loads> Operate> Transfer to FE> Surface Loads
