What is going wrong with my western blot transfers?

Attached is an image of my membrane immediately after the transfer step using a stain-free image. There are no visible protein bands, and the stain-free ladder also didn't transfer. However, EVERYTHING came off of the gel. Why is nothing attaching to my membrane?
