What is effect of Tris-HCl (pH: 8.8) in Loop-mediated isothermal amplfication(LAMP) solution?

hello, I am trying to increase concentration of Tris-HCl (pH:8.8) in Loop-mediate d isothermal amplifcation(LAMP) reaction solution. In most paper said they are using 20mM Tris-HCl(pH: 8.8). and I want to increase Tris-HCl concentration about 200mM. but I just wonder if increased concentration inhibit LAMP reaction.

High concentration of Tris-HCl is inadequate for the activity of Bst DNA polymerase. But it still deserves for a try and hypothetically not total inhibition may be achieved.
