Hello,

I am trying to model gas flow between two tanks using orifice and tool used is Simscape. I observed the exit temperature of orifice restriction and entry temperature to downstream are not same. Could anybody please help me in clearing following aspects,

--> As flow after Vena Contracta is turbulent, is this reason for temperature drop again?

--> How to model this temperature drop?

Any light on theory or experience of Simscape gas modeling would help me a lot in solving this issue.
