What is correct procedure to store simulated body fluids once the immersion period of samples is over?

Once the bioresorbablity test is over, body fluid is subjected for further examination to determine the leachates. In general, the SBF is stored in 5-10 degree Celsius. Is storing the fluids at 5-10 degree Celsius after immersion period a correct approach or something else condition is needed?
