Dear Fayaz,

Cell Reynolds number is local Reynolds number calculated as (local avg. mixture density* local average cell velocity*cell dimension)/local viscosity. The definition itself shows it different from actual reynolds, which is mostly calculated using values available at the boundaries and geometric dimension.
