As you know, you should identify whether the cyst is follicle theca cyst or follicle lutein cyst. In case the nymphomania and other acute symptoms are over, you should confirm presence of follicle lutein cyst using ultrasonography. If this condition is the case, you can try using prostaglandins.

I recommend you to treat the cow with Progesterone. For this, insert a Progesterone implant and keep it for 11-14 days. After this, the implant can be removed, and two Prostaglandin shots must be applied, one in the day of implant removal, and another in the next day. Two days after the second prostaglandin, apply GnRH or hCG to induce ovulation. Then, the cow will probably ovulate, and the next cycle should be normal (no cystic).

First diagnosis of COD is very important. As said by Ahmad Shah, you should identify using USG whether there is any lutenization of follicular cyst or not. If lutein follicular cyst then use PGF2alpha otherwise use GnRH/Ovsynch. Sometimes these hormone don't work on COD as therapeutics due to might be lack/poor expression of receptors over the granulosa or lutein cells, in that case USG guidedablation of cystvis a better option. Also, progesterone therapy is a better option but sometimes the availability of P4 releasing devices is a issue.
