I need to count cells that are present in a small percentage in some areas in the brain. Using stereological measures is difficult because we cannot detect all the cells and therefore we cannot reach a proper final count (example 200). Did anybody use Meander's approach? Or do you have recommendations on what would be a suitable approach in this case? Thanks a lot
