I have a research where I have several (Check all that apply questions) and of course each question has multiple answers. I'm confused about the best way to analyze them. as there are a lot of variables and how can I gather them to efficiently anaylze them
Unfortunately, I do not know of any way to analyze that kind of data as a dependent variable. MANOVA is for when you several separate dependent variables.

You have two options:
1. Treat each potential choice as a separate, dichotomous variable. Either the respondent chooses that option ("1" value) or does not ("0" value). While that gives you many more variables, it's about the only way to account for all possible choices and choice patterns.
2. If it makes sense to do so, count the number of options selected for one of the multi-option questions and use that as your measure. (It's often the case that such ersatz variables are not very meaningful, however.)
This is one of the reasons that it is often helpful to consult with a statistician prior to going live with a survey or other data collection instrument.
