you are talking about one side of the analysis {it seems you considered the 4 types of nutrients as DV}, Then what are the IVs?

The level of measurement for the variables in the equation will help in choosing the appropriate test.

Dear Prof. Manal,

  I have similar situation in 2004. You do need to use Manova. I have analysed 53 fruits and vegetables in terms of 5 flavonoids as you know they have different concentrations.  Due to the large differences in flavonoid concentrations obtained from the range of fruits and vegetables studied, a logarithmic transformation was applied to the data in order to obtain variance homogeneity. The results were statistically analysed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) (Genstat 6 package).
