I will have rectangular scans, but the exposure area for an experiment is circular.
Doing this via some built-in capability in TSL OIM Analysis, MATLAB (e.g. MTEX), or DREAM.3D would be preferred, but I'm open to other methods.
I would like to suggest you to play it via Matlab and just enjoy it . Do not be be confuse with bundle of methods by losing your time and energy. Matlab do it better.
