I'm doing IgA-seq, and we use anti-IgA conjugated to PE to bind endogenous IgA-coated bacteria in stool samples. Syto 9 bleeds into our PE channel pretty significantly on the CytoFLEX, and I wanted to see if people could share their preferred way to stain bacteria (nucleic acid or otherwise) that could function as an alternative to Syto 9 staining.
