I would like to monitor the environment within a CO2 incubator used for cell cultures. I am most interested in monitoring its temperature (37 C) and CO2 levels (5%). I would like to be able to get the readouts without opening the incubator; however, if the monitor has a screen that can be viewed without the inner door (outer door opening is fine), that would be acceptable. Does anyone have any recommendations?

There are a lot of these on the market. However, they are quite expensive if you have only one unit. Our system is called Centron. It's basically a 24 hour monitoring system of every temperature sensitive equipment, including the incubator. We have sensors for CO2 and humidity. The sensors need to be calibrated and they transmit the signal to a central system that just keeps track and will alarm when the settings go outside of your acceptable range.
Also... all incubators have a display board on the outside that gives you all that information too... I've never seen one witout at least a temperature display. CO2 incubators will have the CO2 display. You can find it at any major retailer, like ThermoFisher.
You can use potential electrode, Its kind of measuring depend on the potential of gas concentration.
Such as NO2, O2 and CO2 electrode.
