Yes it should, in the long run reduce not only an aspect of precipitation (rainfall ), but the entire hydrological processes because this activity will certainly emit carbon and automatically adds to the environmental disfigurement we have been battling with. The target of every environmental friendly government has been the attempt to reduce carbon emissions activities and fossil fuels burning
