Data is non-parametric, analysis with statisical software is significant, can we concluded as significant with not-parametric data? because normalisation data can not be done.
You may consider giving an example of your data set because your question is not clear as it is phrased. Since I do see several researchers mistake or ignore the nonparametric nature of the data when analyzing it I would like to provide some general information here.
In general, if you have measured any response in arbitrary units, for example fluorescence optical density of bands, etc., then the data is nonparametric in nature. This kind of data could be analyzed by using specific statistical tests for significance. I myself use Mann-Whitney test which is a nonparametric 't'-test when applicable. Several softwares are commercially available that can perform nonparametric tests for significance.
