I searching journal or book, many of them with name that known from India country's name. Anyone can explain that only name from India, or India country send their researchers to other country?
In my opinion, the very basic reason behind it is the knowledge of mathematics. Indian students study mathematics rigrously and have very good understanding of it. This helps them to become a good researcher.
Indian brains are best in the world and Indian culture teaches loyalty. When an Indian person do not get true value for hard earned education , migrates to any other country and gets an opportunity to show his research knowledge , he does wonders at the world level. In India an uneducated person can become education minister, CM, PM , President etc. But educated person always struggles for bread butter and his identity.
