What if an enzyme does not reach the saturation of Velocity even if a higher concentration of substrate is fed to enzyme?

I want to calculate Km of a enzyme but the enzyme is not reaching the Vmax(as no saturation of velocity is getting attained)?

What should I do in this regards?

Suggest me other way to calculate the Km?
