I have submitted my manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal since May 1, today August 5 and I have no response by the editor! (any response)
On July, 31 I send email to him for withdrawing my manuscript if he will not respond to me till August, 5 (after 3 emails I was asked about the manuscript's status).
When I logging in, the status is In-Review (as by submission system).
What I should do please?
Nothing to do. You should find a way or just wait till response.
Since the status of your submission indicates ongoing review of the manuscript; the best & wise decision to make is to still patiently wait for the Review to be completed after which you'll be contacted Hussein A. Abid
This is very bad satiation from the journal editor, i think you have to submitted to another journal indicating to them that you request withdrawing your paper from the old journal.

Dear colleagues
I called him on WhatsApp, he told me he is become out of the editorial board since 2018!! and he has no idea about my submission.
He told me I should contact a new editor to withdraw a manuscript. the new editor also asked me to contact another.
At the end when I contact about 6 of the possible persons, they told me I now could to submit my paper to another journal
This really was so bad thing, it may be the worst in all my live
