Hello everyone,

I am doing some studies to compare antibodies in their recycling behaviour in MDCKII cells after receptor mediated internalization. For the purpose of simplifications, I am growing the cells on plastic dishes instead of trans-membranes. Now I am wondering what happens to antibodies that would undergo the transcytose pathway? Do you know if I will detect it in the supernatant as it will be recycled ? Or will they be trapped in the transcytotic vesicles within the cells? I have not found informations of MDCKII cells growing on plastic dishes.

Thank you for your opinion!
