Using freeze dryer machine during preparing leaves for DNA extraction procedure, I needed to stop the machin, taking the samples out of glass cylinder for one minute and then I restarted the machine again! Are my samples OK, to continue the DNA extraction procedure?It was at the first hour of the work. Thank you in advance!
