You can check the MOLBIOL to find your favorite software/ program (https://molbiol-tools.ca/PCR.htm). Primer-BLAST and MFEprimer allow users to check primer specificity. Also, another web-based primer analyzing tool, the OligoAnalyzer program from the IDT company (http://www.idtdna.com/calc/analyzer), can be used to check different factors for primer specificity (primer self-dimer/hetero-dimer, the secondary structure of the primers, Tm mismatch) along with having an option to access to the NCBI BLAST.
