My partner and I are proposing a study about the effects of mimicry in moth larvae on the predatory behavior of coral snakes and are looking for any journal articles that might be able to help us gather further information about the said topic. Thank you!
I would have a good look at the work done by Karen Cheney and Isabelle Cote on mimicry in cleaner fish. A lot of it sounds like it might be relevant to your proposed study. See the following for examples.

Many birds have song mimicry and it genetically... it's may be in other organisms at other signs. The mimicry very well defends at competition and at predators.
