I'm trying to activate beta cells in vivo acutely with Tolbutamide. This might sound trivial, but I found limited literature on the in vivo use of Tolbutamide.

They inject into vena cava and read out glycemia from abdominal aorta. I have tried injecting the same doses into the tail vein, but glycemia does not go down in my hands.

I have not tried glibenclamide yet.

If you have experience using tolbutamide or glibenclamide in vivo, which concentrations do you use?
