I'm trying to activate beta cells in vivo acutely with Tolbutamide. This might sound trivial, but I found limited literature on the in vivo use of Tolbutamide.

They inject into vena cava and read out glycemia from abdominal aorta. I have tried injecting the same doses into the tail vein, but glycemia does not go down in my hands.I have not tried glibenclamide yet.
If you have experience using tolbutamide or glibenclamide in vivo, which concentrations do you use?
