It's crystals from salt in your buffer. You need to fix your specimen and thoroughly wash it with water to get rid of any salts and soluble organic matter. Your specimen looks pretty bad even if not to pay attention to crystals: everything is covered with a "skin" made of solidified organic.

Thanks Vladimir for the suggestions. We ran the uninoculated broth and saw similar stuff. So rightly said, its come crystals of dried organics.

Not organics, just salts, like NaCl.

Yes, these are skeletal NaCl or KCl crystals. Just accidentally spit lightly on the sample and this is created :).
