Hello,
I've got back some oxford nanopore sequencing (of which I am no expert in), and am slightly unsure as to how to interpret one of the clonal traces. It has this black line that isn't called as a peak, but looks like it could be a G (with the height indicating SNP), but it doesn't conform to the normal "bar" appearance of the other peaks (it just connects between two other peaks - picture attached; it's the bottom trace). I've run this sample twice and had the same output each time. Is it likely that it is a G (if so, why does it look weird?), or something erroneous?
Any help mightily appreciated!
