I've designed a capacitor with dielectric material inside to study the electric field. However, Comsol gives me only some options for the materials. I've tied for example air, glass, silicon, but I can't use teflon or acrylic plastic for example. I upload also two images of the error when I use a different material. Why is this happening?

You can follow the path to add material in concerned domain-
right click on material (not in global material) and select blank material.
Then you may find material contents which will consist of 3 basic property. If it is not showing then from basic material property you add relative permittivity, relative permiability, electrical conductivity. Then put those value for teflon and you can do the simulation.
