What recommendations exist for fair global distribution of COVID-19 vaccines?

COVID-19 vaccines are expected to remain in short supply for many months, especially in low- and middle-income countries. Is there a widely accepted ethical framework to promote equitable allocation of COVID-19 vaccines, as well as to reduce duplication and waste?

Fair global distribution of COVID-19 vaccines is quite difficult but as of September 2020, WHO published the fair allocation mechanism for COVID-19 vaccines through the COVAX Facility. The key to achieving that goal is the design and implementation of a Fair Allocation Framework. For more info, please refer to the link below:
