I am conducting a principal component analysis of 31 variables. The items loaded on 5 components. However, one of the items (number30) has a factor loading of -.490 on factor number 5 with 2 other items ( factor loading .677 and .687). It recorded no cross-loading. What does this imply? What is the appropriate interpretation?

I attached a copy of the output here for enhanced clarity.

Thank you.
